New path - new language
Language is a means to express vision. We view the formulation of a new organizational language as a means to lay down the infrastructure for a new path of action. This language, incorporated via inter- and intra-organizational communication, is a powerful unifying tool used to express our vision and help realize it. The assimilation and incorporation of this language is a tool used to incorporate our vision and bring it to fruition, and it promotes the implementation of this vision as part of the overall activities and viewpoint of the Arison Group.
Part of the language essential to expressing our vision of "securing the human existence" is sustainability. The language of sustainability refers to the organization’s responsibility from the moment that decisions are made until they are carried out, and necessitates the integration of social, environmental and economic considerations to ensure that these decisions will be balanced in the long term as well. The basic conditions for ensuring that we live up to our social responsibilities in every aspect of sustainability are precision and clarity of intention -- in thought, language and conduct, in both our internal and our external communications.
A uniform language – Inside and outside the organization
We believe that the Group’s positive potential can only be realized via a uniform and unifying language, and via the unifying organizational culture that stems from such language. The corporate identity, the corporation/Group’s identity, was likewise built and designed in order to help the organization assimilate and incorporate the values that illustrate its vision and contribute to the accomplishment of the goals which the corporation has set for itself.
The development and implementation of a communications strategy helps the Group to position itself and its innovative business perception, and therefore to operate in a coherent fashion. The Arison Group’s positioning is carried out in an identical fashion vis-à-vis its two channels of operation – the philanthropic and the business. The development of an organizational language and culture and the overall branding process is part of the Arison Group’s positioning both within the organization and outside it. We see ourselves as an influential and leading group in the field of sustainability. The Group combines a large and stable business organization with a philanthropic organization that donates and warmly embraces the community – activities that are carried out in the Arison Group out of a true sense of purpose.
We view upholding sustainability as a vital moral imperative – economically, socially and environmentally – with long-term effects touching upon the promise of the continued existence of our generation, as well as that of future generations.
